LastMile Telecommunication UK is a leading provider of telecommunications solutions.
We currently seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team in Middleton, Manchester. This position requires a proactive individual with strong technical expertise and a commitment to excellence in client service, administration, and safety. The ideal candidate will manage technical operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Responsibilities:

• Submit accurate daily reports, including site setup and work progress.
• Ensure correct labelling of fibre boxes and other elements
• Provide regular photo updates to the Project Manager for client reporting.
• Cabling underground, installation of overhead cable and test and roping.
• Oversee the maintenance of vehicles and tools
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety requirements, including the use of GDU's and site setup checks.
• Ensure vehicle health and safety files contain all relevant documents for smooth work commencement.
• Regularly inspect and maintain equipment and vehicles.

• IPAF
• SA001
• S008
• K008
• SA006
• SA007
• First aid
• Unit 1 NRSWA
• UK Drivers License
• Lvl 2 Medium Confined Space
• Experience in fibre installation and project work
• Knowledge of Openreach standards and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail in administrative tasks
• High-level understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently
