Multi Skilled Trade Technician Joiner

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Joiner to join our dynamic Building Maintenance Team (Responsive Works). If youre passionate about delivering high-quality work, providing customer excellence and want to make a difference in your community, wed love to hear from you!


As a Multi Skilled Trade Technician Joiner, youll be part of our Building Maintenance Team (Responsive Works), delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and adaptations to homes and properties across our operational area. Youll carry out a wide range of joinery tasks, including tiling, and minor plumbing works, all while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction - making a real difference to the wellbeing of our tenants by providing a first class service whilst supporting the delivery of our 'Together' Corporate Plan.

Salary

: 34,363 gross per annum

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Mobile within Creating Enterprise and Operational Area


A Basic DBS check will be required for this post - employer funded
