SG Refurbishments LTD are a rapidly expanding company, serving commercial and domestic clients across the South East. We deliver

reactive and planned maintenance services

, as well as full refurbishment projects.

We are currently looking for an

experienced multi-trade operative with a strong carpentry background

to join our team. While this role is

carpentry-focused

, there will be regular overlap with other trades depending on the specific job.

Key Skills / Experience Required

1st/2nd fix carpentry. Timber repairs and installs (windows, doors, frames, skirtings/architraves, kitchens, worktops, etc). Fire door installations (beneficial) Windows - new installations and existing repairs. Bespoke joinery for pub bars and fit outs. Drylining and studwork. Tiling and decorative finishes. General decoration/finishing works. Own tools (110v or cordless). Full & clean UK driving licence. Previous experience in pubs, restaurants, or hospitality sites (beneficial).

Responsibilities

Delivering

reactive maintenance call-outs

across the hospitality sector (predominantly pubs). Supporting

planned works and refurbishment projects

. Ensuring high-quality workmanship and maintaining a good reputation for reliability and standards. Working independently and safely on sites across the South East.

Benefits

180-230/day (CIS) or 36,000-45,000 PAYE. Company van & fuel card. Uniform & PPE supplied. Overtime and weekend work available. End of year performance bonus. Company pension (PAYE staff). Ongoing training and support.
