highly skilled, self-sufficient Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

to join our network of trusted contractors, ensuring the flawless execution of our high-end designs.

This role is for a tradesperson who views their work as

craftsmanship

, takes absolute pride in the details, and is accustomed to working within prestigious client environments.

The Role: Delivering Luxury Finishes

Your responsibility will be to perform precision installation and finishing tasks to the demanding standards of luxury interior design. This involves, but is not limited to:

Precision Installation (Key Focus):

Expertly

fitting bespoke curtains, blinds, and complex window dressings

, and

accurately hanging high-value artwork, mirrors, and delicate fixtures

on various wall types.

High-End Carpentry & Joinery:

Executing detailed second-fix carpentry, adjusting and fitting bespoke cabinetry, internal doors, and architectural ironmongery to fine tolerances.

Flawless Finishing:

Patch plastering, decorating, and touch-ups to ensure a seamless, high-specification surface finish.

Minor Specialist Repairs:

Addressing small plumbing (e.g., tap replacements, minor leaks) and electrical (e.g., changing light fittings, fault finding) issues professionally and neatly.

Proactive Problem Solving:

Working independently to diagnose and resolve on-site challenges with minimal disruption to the project schedule.
Essential Requirements for This Contract:

Experience & Reputation:

At least

5+ years

of verifiable experience, ideally within the high-end residential or bespoke interior sector. References reflecting precision and reliability are essential.

Tools & Transport:

You

must provide your own well-maintained commercial van

and a

comprehensive inventory of professional-grade tools

, suitable for luxury projects.

Attention to Detail:

A meticulous approach where minor imperfections are unacceptable; a proven history of delivering flawless finishing work.

Professionalism:

Impeccable on-site demeanor, punctuality, and the ability to communicate professionally with project managers, designers, and high-net-worth clients.

Documentation:

Ability to work from detailed design drawings and specifications.

Contract Basis:

Self-Employed / Subcontractor

Rate:

Competitive day rate commensurate with experience and the luxury sector.
