We have a vacancy for a Multi-Skilled Trainee to join our Estates Department. We are looking for someone who has the aptitude to assist the Estates Senior Operations Manager, working as a valued member of the Estates Department. Someone who would like to being a career within Estates and Operations and who has the ability to manage their own workload whilst learning how to be effective within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Main duties of the job
To assist in the maintenance and repair of installations, plant, and equipment to include minor plumbing, mechanical and electrical tasks and assist building trades where appropriate.
This is an opportunity for you to attend and pass the Level 2 apprenticeship which will be over 3 years to complete, culminating with the Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship (Level 2).

  • oUK driving licence Category B
  • oShows a desire for the engineering sector and a passion to prove themselves in a team and individually on the Level 2 apprenticeship.UK driving licence Category B
  • oIT literacy or willing to train to ECDL level 2 standard (use of Microsoft Office suite).Knowledge of/readiness to undertake training on and use of the Trust's computer-based asset and condition-based maintenance management system.
