Multi-Skilled Trainee (Kitchen Fitting, Tiling & Associated Works)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Trainee to join our growing team, working on residential, retail, and light commercial projects across Sussex and Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn a range of trades, including kitchen fitting, tiling, plumbing basics, and other associated works.

You'll be working alongside experienced installers and tradespeople, gaining hands-on training and developing valuable skills in the home improvement sector. The right candidate will be practical, motivated, and ready to build a long-term career with us.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the fitting and installation of kitchens, including units, worktops, and appliances Support tiling works for kitchens, bathrooms Carry out basic plumbing, carpentry, and finishing tasks under supervision Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Learn to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Work effectively as part of a team and take instruction from senior fitters Develop skills to eventually work independently on projects
Essential Requirements

A genuine interest in construction, kitchens, and home improvement Practical and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn Strong work ethic and positive attitude Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Full UK driving licence Own basic tools
Desirable Requirements

Some previous experience in carpentry, tiling, plumbing, or kitchen fitting CSCS Card (can be supported if required)
