(North London)About the Role:
You will assist in
residential refurbishment
projects andmaintenance work
on both private properties and commercial sites, includingshopping malls in Central London
. Tasks will vary day-to-day and include:General labouring and site support
Groundworks, excavation, bricklaying, woodwork, tiling, and finishing
Furniture installation
in residential and commercial properties Basicproperty maintenance and repairs
Helping organise thestorage facility in N11
and assisting withlogistics
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Opportunities forovertime, weekend work
, and occasionalnight shifts
(mainly in Central London malls)Pay:
Starting from
170 per day
Potential to increase based on experience, performance, and reliabilityRequirements:
Experience in
multi-trade construction
orproperty maintenance
Must bephysically fit
, hardworking, and proactive Able totake responsibility
and work independently Must have a good attitude and be ateam player
Desirable:
Driving licence
