Role:
Experienced tradesperson capable of performing various building trades without necessarily specializing in just one.
They can independently manage a small, complete renovation project (excluding electrical/gas work).
Typical Skills/Tasks:
Carpentry: Installation of doors, baseboards, frames, and countertops
Light Plumbing: Installation of sinks, faucets, toilets, and radiators
Plastering/Rendering/Painting/Tiling/Flooring
Minor Masonry/Partitions/Openings/Small Extensions
Kitchen/Bathroom Installation
Maintenance Repairs in Commercial or Residential Buildings
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in various trades
CSCS card is useful, along with a vehicle and personal tools.
