About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks. You'll be working independently at various properties across London, representing our commitment to quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical and plumbing repairs and installations to a high standard Undertake general property maintenance tasks as required (e.g., basic carpentry, tiling, painting) Diagnose and troubleshoot property issues Provide accurate estimates for additional work when needed Ensure a clean and safe working environment Deliver excellent customer service

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience Strong multi-trade skills Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Full UK driving license (clean) Own ULEZ compliant vehicle Commitment to delivering high-quality work
