This multi-skilled engineer role will sit within our Empty Homes team, focusing on work within void properties -- helping us get homes ready for new customers and ensuring high standards across our communities.

What we're looking for:
Expertise in carpentry, plumbing, and plastering
A strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
A proactive, self-motivated approach combined with solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills
Confident communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
A full UK driving licence
Flexibility with working hours and travel
Additional requirements:
You must have the right to work in the UK
An enhanced DBS check is required (we will arrange this for you)
If you hold any relevant qualifications, we'll need to see the original certificates
Benefits Package
Salary:
34,612.80 per year, with an annual salary review
Performance Bonus:
Based on individual and company-wide targets
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Overtime:
Paid opportunities available regularly

Out-of-Hours Service Rate - 835 per week:
This fixed rate covers being on an out-of-hours on-call rota, including availability, support, and first-time fix payments during these hours.

Van, mobile phone, tablet, tools, fuel card, and uniform for business use
