What We're Looking For:

Experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, decorating, or general maintenance. A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including carpentry and plumbing to ensure the functionality of facilities. Drive to various job sites to execute repairs and installations as needed. Assess and troubleshoot issues to provide timely solutions. Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete projects efficiently. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 31,200.00 per year
