Responsibilities:


Perform a range of general building trade tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.

Utilize your problem-solving skills to efficiently and effectively complete assigned jobs.

Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations according to established standards and guidelines.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.


Requirements:


Proven experience as a multi skilled operative in the building trade, with a strong track record of successful projects.

Proficiency in various trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.

Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Valid driver's license.

Anyone willing to learn will also be considered.
