The Role
We're seeking an experienced
Multi-Trade Tradesperson
, ideally with acarpentry
orpainting and decorating
background.You'll work on a range of
commercial projects
, includingoffice refurbishments, retail fit-outs, schools, and healthcare facilities
, carrying out high-quality construction, maintenance, and finishing work.This is a great opportunity for a reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of a growing company that values its team.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out multi-trade works including
carpentry, painting and general repairs
. Work across commercial construction and refurbishment projects. Read and interpret drawings and specifications. Deliver a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail. Work safely and maintain a clean, professional site environment. Communicate effectively with site management, colleagues, and clients.Requirements
Proven experience as a
multi-trade operative
. Strong skills incarpentry
orpainting and decorating
(other trades an advantage). Excellent quality standards and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.CSCS card
(preferred).Full UK driving licence
(preferred). Relevant trade qualifications desirable.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-42,926.69 per year
Work Location: On the road
