Job Description
Our names are Peter and Josie and we are opening a new music school in the local area - and we hope you might want to come and teach for us!
We are looking for tutors to teach the following disciplines: Guitar
What we're doing:
We will be hosting two back-to-back classes, for ages 7 - 11 and 12 - 18.
The schools will run on a
Tuesdays at Ranelagh Secondary School in Bracknell
, andWednesdays at
Queen Mary's College in Basingstoke.
Both tutoring sessions run from 18:20 - 20:30 you will need to be on site shortly before and after these times.
In future we may be able to open up additional adult sessions as well.
The Tutors
The requirements for the teaching side are quite simple - you need to know what you're doing and love what you do! Prior teaching experience and/or some form of formal qualification, either in your instrument of choice, or more generally in music, is ideal.
You'll also help us plan out a suitable song list for the term, providing tabs for your instrument for each one.
As we'll be working with children, you will need a valid
Enhanced DBS Certificate
, we accept enhanced DBS certificates on the update service too.Job Type: Freelance
Pay: 27.50 per hour
