We are seeking experienced, passionate self-employed Drums Tutor to collaborate with our high-quality, well-resourced learning environment in West London. If you are committed to delivering outstanding music education, enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive community, satisfy IR35 regulations and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule with a minimum of half a day per week commitment, we'd love to hear from you. This position is to commence in January 2026.
Skills & Experience needed:
Strong background in Drum performance and teaching
Ability and willingness to teach small groups and develop ensemble music-making
Strong knowledge of music theory, performance and curriculum based teaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate students and adapt to individual learning needs
UK-recognised teaching qualification (e.g. QTS, PGCE) is desirable but not essential
