Job Description
Sarah is a sociable and creative individual who loves spending time outdoors.
A typical day might involve helping Sarah shower and style her hair, have breakfast and watch tv. (She likes watching soaps, and US tv dramas).
As Sarah's personal assistant, you'll provide support with personal care, light household tasks, meal preparation, and transport to appointments and social events. Your role will also include offering companionship and encouragement, helping her continue to enjoy her passions and independence.
Sarah has neurological conditions that affect her speech, walking, and balance. (She uses a wheelchair outdoors, a Zimmer frame indoors and a talker to communicate her needs). She is looking for a female who is friendly, dependable, and has a good sense of humour. If you're a patient, positive person who enjoys building meaningful connections, you could be the perfect match.
This position is based in Carmyle, (G32), and the role requires 6 hours a week. A but not essential.
Hourly rate 13.60
