Myopia Consultant
Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a world leading company in the eye care sector. You will be primarily working with optometrists and eye care professionals in optical retail and independent sectors. Secondly, building relationships with ophthalmologists in the NHS Hospital network. You will be responsible for driving engagement and providing clinical and skills training to optical businesses within your territory.
Engage with optometrists and eye care professionals to increase adoption of Myopia Management clinical services.
Deliver training in various formats: large group presentations, CPD events, workshops, and in-store interactions.
Build relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers.
Organise, attend and participate in relevant industry events and conferences.
Work closely with the sales team to develop the myopia management category.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor movements.
Optical qualifications - Dispensing Optician and/or in Optical pratice Dispensing experience
Customer service experience is essential.
Passion for myopia management and the eye care sector.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Organised and able to manage own workload and territory management.
* Willingness to travel across the north of the UK.
