Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art. Make customised recommendations based on clients' preferences and nail health. Maintain a clean and organised workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations. Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilised after each use. Provide personalised consultations to clients to discuss desired styles and treatments. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail industry. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Experience

Previous experience as a Nail Technician is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of makeup application is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and confidently. A friendly, organised approach with attention to detail to deliver high-quality services consistently.
