There are lots of Nail Technician or Beautician struggling with a premise to do their self employed Nail or Beauty services work to earn money.

We could be your solution to that problem. We are based on a high road directly opposite a supermarket.

We are a new salon and we are looking to grow our team. We currently have other services that we offer in the salon such as hair, ombre eyebrows, waxing, fat loss treatments, dermal fillers, body fillers, vitamin boosters, skin boosters and lots more. The essence of the salon is a one stop beauty hub.

We are offering a nail station, pedicure stations, staff room / kitchen and bathroom facilities as well.

The Nail tech should have an established clientele base already, there is also opportunity to increase your clientele from the salon from the walk-ins.

Salon opens Weekly (Monday to Saturday) the nail tech needs to be flexible across the salons opening times.

The perfect candidate has a minimum of 2 years working on the shop floor. The nail tech needs to be able to know how to apply acrylic nails, acrylic art, latest trends in nails, know how to do biab, and gel polish. We need someone who is passionate about nails as a whole and someone whom is confident, friendly and professional .

Duties:

Providing our clients with exceptional nail & beauty treatments and experiences. Provide full salon services, including manicures, pedicures, Offer nail care services including manicures and pedicures, nail extension and all other nail services. Clean, shape, and polish nails to perfection Apply gel, acrylic, biab, or other artificial nails as requested by clients Provide head, hand and foot massages Sterilise and maintain all tools and equipment in accordance with industry standards To provide excellent customer service to all clients Creativity and attention to detail Assist with booking clients and colour selection Keep salon and work station presentable at all times Monitor stock levels to ensure all colour and nail product ranges are replenished Perform tasks and other roles as and when required by the salon manager. To keep all electrical appliances in good working order, ensuring that any faults are reported immediately with explanation.

Required Experience:

NVQ/ VTCT Level 2 or higher in Beauty Therapy / Nail Technician 2+ years' experience beauty experience in a salon Beauty Therapist or Nail Technician with salon experience High school diploma or equivalent certification in Cosmetology Good attention to detail and high standard of delivery Hold a valid UK work permit or rights to work in the UK Excellent customer service Creative and confident with nail art Excellent spoken English Excellent timekeeping Passion and self-motivation
