Our mission is to grow sustainably while remaining the go-to destination for high-quality beauty services in Cornwall. We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Nail Technician with expertise in Acrylic nails and BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) to join our dynamic team.
Role Summary
As a Nail Technician at Banbury's Beauty, you will provide expert nail services in a calm, professional setting. From shaping and styling Acrylic enhancements to delivering flawless BIAB overlays, your skills will empower clients to feel confident and pampered with every visit.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nail services, including:
Acrylic extensions and infills
BIAB overlays and structured manicures
Gel polish application and removals
Nail art and custom designs (where applicable)
Ensure exceptional hygiene, sanitisation, and cleanliness standards
Provide tailored consultations and aftercare advice to all clients
Maintain accurate client records and uphold professional conduct
Stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continued education
Contribute positively to a supportive, team-oriented environment
Uphold Banbury's Beauty values with every client interaction
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy or Nail Services (or equivalent)
Proven experience and qualifications in Acrylic and BIAB applications
A strong attention to detail and passion for nail health and design
Warm, professional manner with excellent communication skills
Honest, reliable, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience
A portfolio of work (optional but encouraged)
