Qualified Nail Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join the LUXXE team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and artistry, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. You'll either work Tuesday-Saturday 10am-5pm or Tuesday-Saturday 5pm-10pm.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of high-quality nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements: Acrylics, BIAB, Gel-x, Gel on natural nails. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services. Up-sale LUXXE NAILS services and purchasable products. Be camera ready daily, for social media content and filming. Be prepared and willing to train other members of the team etc and promote luxxe. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services. Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Experience

Thorough previous experience as a Nail Technician is mandatory. Proficiency in luxury customer service is an advantage. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A passion for beauty, harmony and aesthetics, along with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards of service.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
