The Pretty Parlour is a one of a kind luxury Nail & Cocktail Bar Experience with something for everybody. The Pretty Parlour aspires to provide the people of Ealing and further afield with truly high-quality, attuned, nail and beauty services with a sharp focus on exceptional customer service where our customers every need is anticipated. Our experience will encompass the highest quality Vegan, Halal Certified, Cruelty Free, 13 free nail products, hot towels prior to every service, phone charging facilities at each service station, Indian Head Massage add on while you manicure, Flash Manicures at our Veuve Clicquot Themed Bar and not forgetting our Mommy & Me sessions for our youngest Pretty Parlour clients. The role of a Pretty Parlour Nail Technician:

Delivering world class customer service and ensuring clients enjoy both their treatments and time in the Parlour by making it a memorable experience they ll want to return to time and time again. A passion for creating spectacular nails & Great Attention to detail & High Standards. Clean & precise nail application and art skills both in nail varnish & gel. Maintaining the highest level of hygiene standards. Be able to work to timescales/ have great time management skills. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills & a genuine interest in getting to know people from differing walks of life. Educating and advising clients on retail products, add on , special offers, suitable treatments/ services. Working independently and as a team to achieve the Parlour's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. To assist with general duties such as keeping the Parlour presentable, replenishing stock, front of house duties and providing support to the wider team. To be committed to continuing professional development including undertaking training, supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings. Possess a Can do attitude and solution-focussed approach to undertaking tasks/ duties.
Requirements:

Minimum Level 2 qualification. Minimum 1 year experience as a Beauty Therapist/ Nail Technician working in a salon or spa environment. Valid UK Work Permit
About you:

Nail Technician with salon experience Professional with playful outlook Exceptional customer service skills Excellent spoken English Have experience working with Bio Sculpture, Apr s Gel X preferred (but not essential) Minimum Level 2 qualification.

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
