We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The successful candidate will provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialised nail treatments. The Nail Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring client satisfaction and adhering to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, nail art and BIAB/builder gel
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services and colours.
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by sanitising tools and workstations between clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow.
Educate clients on proper aftercare to prolong the longevity of their treatments.
Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure client safety.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty salon or spa.
Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required.
A professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in nail technology or beauty therapy are preferred.
