Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and shellac Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised before each use. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing experience for clients. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry and beauty treatments. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and salon productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry. Knowledge of makeup application is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude. Fluency in English is required for clear communication with clients and colleagues. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if required by the salon schedule.
