As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing various nail treatments while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with precision and care.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
Promote salon products and services to clients, encouraging repeat business.
Skills
Proficient in English to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
Strong customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Ability to perform makeup application as an added service is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their requirements.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality nail care services.
