We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a love for beauty, providing exceptional nail care services to our clients. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our customers.

We are need of a nail tech with a passion for soft/hard gel manicures and nail art.

1-1 training with myself will be provided before your start date to ensure that you are confident in our products and your own techniques before facing clients. Ig You will have full flexible freedom of your schedule and working hours with only a minimum of 10 hours per week required. 17 You will work on a 50:50 based commission scheme and have the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses providing you hit your targets! This will be on a self-employed basis. Also enjoy the freedom of choosing when you get paid, whether that be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! All of your tools, equipment and products will be provided and maintained for you, along with any overhead costs, enjoy the freedom of controlling your income without the overheads. Full access to our social media platforms and booking system will be given to you so that you can take control in showcasing your work and promoting yourself! The sky is the limit. A 100 joining bonus is also up for grabs.
My little salon is based within a lovely barber shop working alongside two other businesses. We are a lovely little team and are super excited to be expanding it.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering professional advice on nail care. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to provide innovative services. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Skills

Proficient in nail application techniques is an advantage but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. Fluency in English is essential for clear communication with clients. Attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry are crucial for success in this role.
