Summary

We are seeking talented Nail Technicians to join our award winning team in South Croydon.
In this role, you will contribute to our reputation for excellence by providing top-quality nail services that enhance our guest's beauty and confidence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious setting dedicated to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform professional nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, BIAB and soft gel polish. We do not offer acrylic enhancements. Deliver an exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience for each guest. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas. Advise guests on nail care and treatment options. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in nail artistry. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and understand the importance of correct hygiene protocols. Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues. Assist with maintaining the salon's luxurious ambiance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven recent experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist. (Min 3 years) Excellent guest service and communication skills. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in beauty therapy essential. Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
