We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Nail Technician to join our growing team, with additional responsibilities in front-of-house reception duties.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and possess the ability to communicate effectively. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail care services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Key Responsibilities

Nail Treatments:

Provide high-quality manicures and pedicures, including:

Gel polish

BIO Gel

Classic polish

Ensure client comfort and cleanliness throughout every treatment Offer expert advice on nail aftercare and maintenance Keep up to date with industry trends and nail care techniques Maintain high hygiene standards, including proper sanitisation of tools and equipment

Reception Duties:

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival Handle bookings, rescheduling and cancellations via our salon software Manage client check-in and check-out, including payments and upselling retail products Respond to telephone and email enquiries efficiently and courteously Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organised and presentable at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Nail Technician (salon experience preferred) Proficient in gel polish, BIO and classic polish for both hands and feet Confident in working to high standards and building client trust Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, professional and polished demeanour Comfortable using booking systems and basic administrative tasks Team player with a positive, can-do attitude NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Nail Services or equivalent (preferred)
