Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in beauty treatments and customer service, ensuring that every client receives an exceptional experience. As a Beautician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty services while effectively managing guest interactions and promoting our offerings.

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including eyelash extensions, manicure , pedicure, nail art, brows, lash tint and lift , threading , russian manicure, Waxing etc Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet business goals. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitised and ready for use. Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible service.

Experience

Previous experience in a beauty or wellness environment is preferred, or self employed Proficiency in eyelash extensions, mani & Pedi , brow and nail art, Russian manicure etc Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage guest interactions professionally. Experience in upselling services and products is an advantage. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members alike.

Pay: 10.50-13.50 per hour
