Responsibilities

Perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, and makeup application tailored to individual client needs. Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming clients warmly and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. Maintain a clean and organised treatment area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalised recommendations for products and services. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed advice to clients. Handle client bookings and manage schedules efficiently to optimise appointment flow. Promote salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Proficiency in makeup application techniques is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients. A relevant qualification in beauty therapy or aesthetics is desirable but not mandatory. A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
