Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team on part-time basis (Saturday is compulsory). The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while demonstrating expertise in various beauty treatments and have experience with nails is a bonus. As a NailTechnician/Beauty Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the confidence and satisfaction of our clients through your skills and creativity.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and ready for use. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer clients informed recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Handle client bookings, appointments, and follow-ups professionally. Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Proficiency in makeup application techniques and knowledge of various beauty products. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A valid qualification in beauty therapy or related field is preferred but not essential. A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to continuously learn and develop skills.
