Job Description
The nanny will have sole charge of the newborn, and will be responsible for feeding, winding, changing and soothing the little one.
Candidate Requirements
Strong newborn experience - confident with feeding, burping, soothing, changing nappies, and safe sleep practices. Knowledge of infant sleep patterns - understands newborn sleep cycles and help establish healthy routines. Feeding support - comfortable with breastmilk, formula, bottle prep. Infant safety awareness - up to date on safe sleep guidelines, CPR/first aid (ideally certified) The nanny should be reliable, and have excellent communication skills, able to offer concise handovers to the parents each morning.
