Job Description
A lovely family in Wimbledon, London, is looking for an After-school Nanny. They value someone who enjoys engaging with children and fostering fun, learning, and social development. The role will involve caring for two school-aged children and a toddler, with additional support from tutors for the older children. As the family has a cat, a pet-friendly nanny would be ideal. A driver with a full driving licence would be a bonus, though not essential. A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday for 16 hours per week on a flexible schedule, preferably 3:00 pm start.
Duties include:
- Tidying up after activities
- Supervising the children at all times
- Engaging in arts and crafts projects
- Reading books and encouraging a love of stories
- Assisting with homework and school projects
- Taking the children to parks and playgrounds
- Organising sports and motor skills activities
- Arranging special outings to museums, the zoo, and similar places
- Managing the children's laundry
- Making the children's beds
- Keeping the children's rooms and bathrooms neat and tidy
- Organising and cleaning the play area
- Loading, running, and emptying the dishwasher
