We are seeking a caring and responsible Nanny to provide attentive childcare for children in a family setting. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, organised, and capable of engaging children in educational and recreational activities. This role offers an opportunity to support families by ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of children through personalised care.
Duties
Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure their safety at all times
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for children's dietary needs
Assist with homework and/or educational activities, fostering learning and development
Outdoor play activities
Organise playtime, arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor activities to promote engagement
Maintain a clean and organised environment in the child's living area
Drive children to school, appointments, or extracurricular activities as required
Communicate effectively with parents regarding daily routines, behaviour, and progress
Support bedtime routines and organise age-appropriate entertainment or educational content
Qualifications
Proven experience in childcare, nannying, or babysitting roles
Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is preferred
Strong knowledge of child development principles and safety standards
Fluency in English
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to children's individual needs
Ability to engage children through teaching activities or creative play
Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills
