Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Nanny to provide exceptional care for our two lovely girls (aged 4 and 6) in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare and the ability to engage with children through educational activities, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering their development. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively in English.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 12pm - 3pm (optional housekeeping if desired) 3pm - 7pm (childcare - collection from school)

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and engage in educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development. Prepare meals and snacks for children, adhering to any dietary requirements. Assist with homework and educational tasks to support children's learning. Maintain a clean and organised environment, including tidying up after activities. Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress and any concerns. Collect children from school, extracurricular activities, or playdates as needed.

Skills

Proficient in English. Previous experience in nannying or childcare is highly desirable. Strong ability to educate and engage children through various activities. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and parents alike. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's licence for driving duties. A caring, patient, and responsible attitude towards childcare.
