Job Description
A Part time Nanny-Housekeeper is needed to help a family in maintaining their household and caring for their two school-aged children in Blackheath, London. They are looking for someone independent but communicative who will keep them in the loop and raise anything that needs attention. The role includes all typical childcare and housekeeping duties and the candidate will also be expected to cook and prepare meals for the children. A driver who owns a car and holds a full driving license is required for this role.
A valid first aid qualification is a requirement for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday will require extra hours for babysitting, around 25 to 30 hours per week
Duties include:
- load and unload the dishwasher
- change the bed sheets
- organise and maintain their wardrobes
- hoover and mop the floors
- clean the bathroom sinks and mirrors
- fold away ironed clothes
- arranging day trips
- playing both fun and educational games
- preparing meals and snacks
- helping children with homework
- reading stories together
- taking them to the local park for a runaround
- doing arts and crafts together
