As a Narrow Web Flexo/Litho Printer, you will have an exceptional eye for detail, thorough knowledge of printing processes, and experience working in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring job set ups and change overs are carried out efficiently Maintaining a good quality printed product in accordance with ISO standards Ensuring optimum production Being responsible for the Print Assistant Carrying out quality checks throughout production run Running high quality labels with minimum waste Ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to Achieving company set KPIs Keeping work area clean and tidy at all times Following all health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience of working as a Narrow Web Flexo/Litho Printer An exceptional eye for details and thorough knowledge of quality procedures The ability to fault find and problem solve on press Excellent communication and numeracy skills Ability to manage and deal with change in a fast moving and demanding environment whilst still maintaining standards set within the business Confident and capable of working towards customer deadlines
