Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for FMCG and a talent for forging impactful retail partnerships? We're looking for a

National Account Manager (NAM)

to take the lead on two of our key retail accounts -

Lidl and Iceland

- and drive growth across our Cheese, B&S, and PB categories.

YOU'LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY...

Being the primary contact for Lidl & Iceland, managing full P&L responsibility. Developing and delivering annual business plans aligned with our strategic goals. Leading commercial negotiations and identify new sales opportunities. Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and more. Driving category growth through promotional planning and NPD initiatives.

YOU'RE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE...

Experienced in Sales or Account Management within the FMCG sector, ideally with exposure to Own Label products. Skilled in negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs), with a strong track record of success. A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills. Commercially savvy, with the ability to analyse data, generate insights, and turn them into actionable strategies. Highly organised, proactive and driven to deliver results.
