This role exists to ensure the effective delivery of Air PPM and remedial works across key regions, supporting compliance, safety, and operational targets while developing a high-performing team.




Responsibilities:





In this role, you will lead the delivery of Air Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and remedial works across the South and Midlands, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and service level agreements. You'll manage and support a team of regional Air Engineers, oversee performance reviews and audits, coordinate training initiatives, and act as the key liaison with external contractors. Additionally, you'll contribute to policy development, support contract mobilisation, and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and compliance standards.




Requirements:




Extensive experience in delivering Air PPM and remedial works, with a strong background in compliance and air hygiene. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop regional engineering teams across multiple locations. Strong technical knowledge of air quality regulations, health and safety standards, and remedial delivery practices. Relevant industry certifications, such as NEBOSH, City & Guilds in Legionella Control, or equivalent compliance qualifications. (Desirable) * Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage performance, coordinate training, and liaise with contractors and stakeholders
