National Badminton, is looking for a motivated and passionate Badminton Coach to deliver and grow our coaching programme in Avon, including a brand-new National Badminton Academy aimed at performance players.

What You'll Do:

Deliver weekly coaching sessions, competitions, and holiday camps in line with our programme Deliver a new National Badminton Academy Develop and grow participation across all coaching levels Offer individual coaching sessions to players Support with the promotion and marketing of sessions and events Organise and assist with competitions Encourage and support junior players to enter competitions (internal and Badminton England-sanctioned) Identify and nurture young talent to help them progress in the sport Your Impact: Help raise the playing standard across the programme Build strong relationships with players and the wider badminton community Increase player base and visibility of National Badminton's offering Act as a key point of contact for players - both on and off court
What we are looking for:-

Passion for badminton and youth development Great communication and organisational skills A professional and proactive coaching approach
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour
