As a National Care Manager, you will be responsible for the management, day-to-day running, and adequate resourcing of the MND Association\xe2\x80\x99s Support Services and Care Administration team.

Providing staff with appropriate support, supervision, and leadership, you will ensure staff are empowered to continuously review and improve their processes whilst providing a high-quality service.

Within this role, you will support the Head of National Care with reporting on impact to Directors and Trustees; Ensuring capacity meets demand in order that the service is delivered efficiently on time and in budget.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will build and manage successful relationships with external supplies, agencies and third parties to deliver agreed equipment and services to those living with and affected by MND.

What are we looking for?

Experience of grant programme management and a knowledge of Health and Social Care equipment provision.

Excellent people management and relationships building skills with the ability to motivate staff and volunteers. A tactful, diplomatic, and sensitive approach is essential.

Strong influencing skills and an ability to build and establish good relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills to interpret and present statistical management information effectively.
