National Consultancy Manager - Southern Region




As our new National Consultancy Manager, you'll take a leading role in delivering and developing our consultancy services. Reporting to the Head of Consultancy, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of client projects, shape high-quality outcomes, and help drive the growth and reputation of Tpas' consultancy offer across the South of England.


This is a strategic, hands-on role that blends project leadership, relationship management, business development, and delivery. You'll work closely with colleagues, clients, and associates to deliver exceptional consultancy support.


Your day-to-day will include:

Leading consultancy projects from proposal to delivery and final reporting, ensuring quality and consistency. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner throughout project delivery. Costing proposals and project scopes to balance client value with business needs. Managing project invoicing and monitoring income to support growth and sustainability. Producing high-quality written outputs i.e. reports, strategies, and presentations. Advising and guiding our team of Associates, ensuring high standards and effective collaboration. Spotting and developing new business opportunities and contributing to tender submissions.

What You'll Bring




You'll be an experienced consultant or housing professional with a passion for tenant engagement, a strong strategic mindset, and a proven ability to manage complex projects and relationships.


We're looking for someone with:



Significant experience in consultancy, tenant engagement, or housing services at a senior level A track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement Commercial awareness and the ability to scope, cost, and deliver high-impact consultancy projects Experience in business development, including identifying opportunities and writing bids A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with flexibility and resilience A commitment to inclusive practice and amplifying tenant voice
