Connect to Evolve is working with a fast growing consumer goods, e-commerce, scale-up who are searching for a Field Sales Manager to lead their nationwide customer acquisition strategy.
This is a key role within the business during a crucial point in its expansion, overseeing a team of field sales representatives - with a brilliant mix of field work and strategy. The business is scaling quickly, and this position will play a pivotal role in taking it to the next step. This role is for a high-energy individual willing to take ownership and drive sales forward in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
Lead and scale a team of brand representatives.
Plan events to drive customer acquisition.
Identify new regional opportunities and optimise event strategy based on insights.
Partner with different areas of the business to ensure alignment with the shared goal.
Develop efficient processes and tools to support sales operations.
Establish KPIs and manage budgets to ensure ROI targets are met.
Knowledge and skills required
Proven track record in field sales management (preferably with a DTC business).
A strong leader with the ability to coach and mentor.
A process driven individual with a strategic mindset who is not afraid to get hands-on.
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to think and work autonomously.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Experience within a consumer goods business or scale-up (preferable).
