ServiceMaster Clean is looking for an experienced, dynamic and ambitious sales person for the role of National Sales Manager.

Reporting directly to our Brand Leader for ServiceMaster Contract Services, your role is to increase our sales penetration in the contract cleaning sector by winning new business.

To succeed in the role you will need to secure new contracts with new customers who have multiple SME profile sites to service, therefore experience of selling contracted cleaning services in the cleaning or facilities sector is essential.

You must be a first class communicator with a passion for selling and a proven track record of results in the contract cleaning or facilities sector.

The successful candidate will be supported every step of the way by one of the World's most established and respected cleaning companies with ambitious plans for future growth and development.

Rewards

Work from home or our head office in Leicester

40,000 basic salary plus uncapped bonus - 2% of new business (on first year value of contract value)

Skills and Experience required

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Currently selling contract cleaning services

A full working knowledge of TUPE and other associated contractual issues relating to contract cleaning services

Successful Tender/bidding experience. Including full knowledge in Requests for Proposals (RFP).

Good commercial business sense

A strong work ethic and desire to win

Self-motivated and enthusiastic

Excellent communication and 'people skills'

Methodical worker with good planning and organisational skills

The ability to work calmly under pressure

A full driving licence
