Overview:
KitchenEx is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This role combines hands-on account management of key accounts with leadership responsibility for our sales team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting new sales people in order to grow our sales effort and will be an important addition in developing the company's sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a small national sales team, with scope for future expansion
Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts
Drive national sales performance and deliver revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and market growth areas
Work closely with senior management to shape sales strategy
Regular travel to customers and team members, with the remaining time based at our Sheffield office
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management
Experience managing and developing a small sales team
Strong account management and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, commercially focused, and results driven
Willingness to work both office-based and in the field
