The Opportunity at Altana

This role is about people and relationships. We\'re looking for someone to own our post-sales engagement with a series of key customers in the national security space - initially in the UK, but with medium term potential to take on customers from further afield. We want someone who is comfortable working within Government and who is credible in their experience of delivering outputs in the intelligence and investigations domain. Alongside maintenance of key relationships you\'ll be expected to become a power user of our platform - the Altana Atlas. You\'ll be creating case studies of real national security problems and acting as a driving force behind how our national security customers can creatively leverage Altana.

Your Responsibilities

  • Be the day-to-day relationship holder for key accounts - managing interactions in an independent and dynamic environment in order to reinforce account growth through driving enduring customer value creation;
  • Be a power user of the Atlas, creating regular collateral and use cases to drive customer creativity and product adoption. Be the customer champion internally;
  • Deeply understand national security use cases - primarily for extant customers, but also identifying opportunities to leverage the Altana Atlas platform to drive new insights and improve users existing workflows;
  • Coordinate with Solutions and Implementation teams to set customer account strategies, and define, track and report key success criteria both internally and externally;
  • Evolve into being an expert at using Altana\'s product suite in order to become comfortable conducting customer-directed investigations either through the user interface or by direct querying of the Atlas knowledge graph database
About You
  • You are a business builder. You have hands-on experience creating, designing, and implementing creative solutions to complex customer problems.
  • You are an independent self-starter, with experience of owning customer-facing projects from inception to delivery, and can effectively manage multiple stakeholders concurrently.
  • You are capable of independently resolving issues whilst supporting customers, but also identify clear escalation thresholds to mitigate potential issues as early as possible.
  • You have excellent judgment and are an experienced communicator, in both written and oral formats. Capable of engaging at senior levels and acting independently, but also have proven experience in generating tactical analytical products.
  • You have worked within intelligence or analytical elements of HMG or national security previously. This is important both for growing our network but also for ensuring that you have an understanding of working with Public Sector customers.
  • Experience working with analytical tools and frameworks is essential, and technical skills in Python or SQL would be advantageous.
  • Either currently hold, or eligible to hold UK Security Vetting.

  • This role is based in London UK and candidates must be within commuting distance from our London offices. Time will also be spent on site with customers - predominantly in London but regional or global travel may occasionally be required.
