If so, we're looking for an MX Samsung Trainer to lead cutting-edge training events and drive the success of our client's flagship devices in the market.
This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with influencers, participate in live studio sessions, and create memorable experiences that expand our client's market share. This role is based nationally across the UK and will require regular travel to some fantastic events where you can demonstrate your experience and passion for Samsung.
We're looking for engaging individuals who's excited about the latest technology and our client's products, and you'll be confident in presenting to small-, and large-scale audiences.

WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO
TRAINING EXCELLENCE
Deliver expert product knowledge during best-in-class training events for retail and contact centre partners
Provide vital support for diverse small- and large-scale training events, including business conferences, PR events, and activations
STUDIO COLLABORATION
Engage in live studio sessions to script, storyboard, and record captivating content alongside the content and project management team
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND INNOVATIVE LEARNING APPROACHES
Stay at the forefront with up-to-date information on MX products and promotions
Explore trending training methods to deliver tailored learning experiences, keeping content engaging and effective
COMPLIANCE, BRAND INTEGRITY & PROGRESS MONITORING
Ensure training aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines, upholding compliance standards
Utilise feedback to track and enhance the success of training events, ensuring a demonstrable return on investment.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
Forge and nurture robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, enhancing the success of training events

• You're someone with a demonstrated passion and interest for the latest technology
• You're equipped with an understanding of retail environments, and experience in a contact centre is a bonus
• You're engaging and enthusiastic
• You're confident in presenting to both small- and large-scale audiences.
• You have an understanding and passion for adult learning styles and techniques
• You're flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements
• You possess strong relationship building skills
• You hold a full UK driving license
• You're required to travel to events throughout the UK
