Aerospace Inspection Training Ltd (AIT Ltd). AIT Ltd is a long-established Aerospace NDT business based in Takeley which prides itself on looking after its customers and delivering exceptional quality training course, certification examinations and Outside Agency Level 3 Consultancy services to a large number of Aerospace businesses and individuals all around the word.

Whether you're a seasoned Level 3, a Level 2 technician looking to step up, or someone with a mix of qualifications and a passion for teaching and consultancy -- we want to hear from you.

We're recruiting for a flexible and exciting role that can be tailored to suit your strengths and ambitions. You could be based at one of our dedicated training schools in Norwich and Stansted, working as an Instructor or Examiner, or focus more on Level 3 Outside Agency consultancy work with clients across the UK and internationally. Or you might prefer a balanced mix of both -- teaching, travelling, and managing your own customers.

We're a medium-sized, family-run business with a strong team ethos. We support each other, and we're looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment. You'll be joining a well-established and expert Level 3 team, with a full induction and training plan to help you grow into the role. Once confident, you'll begin teaching and travelling independently, backed by our core office team and fellow Level 3s.

We're open to all levels of experience:

Level 2 technicians with current EN 4179 certifications in two or more NDT methods, ready to progress. Individuals with a mix of Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. Experienced Level 3s looking for a fresh opportunity.

What we're looking for:

A background in Aerospace NDT (aircraft build, MRO, or new components) - Essential*
Familiarity with EASA / NADCAP / CAA audits is a plus. Strong communication and organisational skills. Holds a minimum of 2 NDT methods (Aerospace). A personable, adaptable team player who enjoys being the go-to expert for their customers.
