Duties

Prepare and deliver lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs across various subjects. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and behavioural notes using data entry systems. Support students with additional learning needs and encourage active participation in class activities. Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and motivation. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues through phone etiquette and professional correspondence. Assist in organising extracurricular activities and specialised programmes to enhance student engagement. Utilise analysis skills to identify areas for curriculum improvement and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Engage in upselling educational resources or programmes where appropriate, promoting additional learning opportunities.

Skills

Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. Multilingual abilities; fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable. Bilingual communication skills to support diverse student populations. Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Analytical skills to evaluate student performance and programme effectiveness. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Experience or aptitude in upselling educational products or services is advantageous.
