We are seeking a Negotiator to join the team in our busy Brecon office. This is a customer-facing role where no two days are the same, and where your people skills and enthusiasm for property will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Managing general office administration, including booking appointments, processing feedback and providing regular updates to vendors and landlords
Conducting property viewings for both sales and lettings
Preparing marketing materials including sales and rental particulars
Negotiating on sales offers and dealing with sales progression
Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Sales prospecting
Undertaking rental property inspections, inventories, and checkouts
Supporting the team in delivering a consistently high standard of client care

We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, approachable, and confident with people
Passionate about property and eager to learn
Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
Experienced in sales or customer service
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Background in sales or customer service (estate agency experience an advantage)
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Good IT and organisational skills
A positive, can-do attitude with willingness to go the extra mile
